SEO takes long time but Google can do very quickly
SEO takes a long time to get any good results. When you can not "force" Google more and faster, there are tons of things you can do very quickly to improve SEO for your website. So today, I'm going to show you low-hanging SEO tips that will help you ost even if you are not an experienced SEO. Wait. What are SEOs? Sam Oh is here with Ahrefs, an SEO tool to increase your search traffic, research your competitors and dominate your niche. This tutorial is about quick successes so I will shorten the introduction and go straight to the tips. Improving page speed with a lazy load is an easy task. Lazy loading is basically the postponement of loading non-critical resources during page load. In other words, images or videos are only loaded when they appear on the page. This reduces startup page load time, startup page weight, and system resource consumption, all of which positively affect performance. Apart from the so-called "ranking factor" page speed, fast loading pages can provide a better user experience for your visitors and, as a result, reduce parameters such as bounce rate. If you are a WordPress user, there is a free plugin called "A3 Lazy Load" which is basically plug-and-play. And, if you do not use the blog, you can use the Intersection Observer API or search for plugins made for your CMS. Improving the click-through rate for page one ranking is the next thing I recommend. I would say it is widely accepted in SEO community pages with a high click-through rate which helps to increase the rankings. Although all this is a myth, it is not really big because more clicks equals more visitors. So improving CTR is not always a bad thing.
focusing on improving the CTR for your first page rankings
Now, since 75% of users never scroll the first page of search results, I recommend focusing on improving the CTR for your first page rankings. To do this, log in to the Google search console and go to the search results or performance report. Click on the Average CTR and Average location boxes, which will add additional data points in the table below. Next, set the position filter to show only keywords with a ranking position of 10 or less. Finally, I sort the tables in random order and also change this filter to show at least 100 keywords per page. From here, skim through the list, a) look for keywords that make sense, b) are not branded words for
other company names, c) have reasonable impressions and d) are less than the average click-through rate. Alright, so here you will see that we have an average of 6 positions for "zyostratology" and an average CTR of just 1%. According to the CTR curve of the AWR for this position, the CTR should be 2.8 to 3.5 percent. So I want to focus on rotating the title tag to get more clicks. Now, when optimizing your title tags, you should look for the primary keywords you are targeting. For example, SEO strategy is clearly the targeted keyword for this page. We do not change our title tags to "SEOmarketing Strategy Content Template" because the article is not about that. Another important thing to note is that the search console only shows you average locations. This data is sometimes misleading because positions can jump in or out of the top 100 at any time.
use the Ahrefs Rank Tracker tool
You can get more accurate keyword ranking positions using the Ahrefs Rank Tracker tool. Alternatively, you can use Ahrefs Site Explorer to view data on any website. Enter the domain or subfolder you want to research. Then I go to the organic keywords report. Next, I will set the filter to show only the page ranking in the top 10. In the same way, we have a list of keywords with exact ranking positions based on these dates and also a chance to see historical ranking positions for any keyword. The next tip is one of my favorites and send emails to everyone you link to. With Link Building, you need to find opportunities, vet them, find their emails and naturally ask them to link with you. But by using this simple 10 minute strategy try strategy, it will reduce many steps in the link building process. Now, the purpose of email is not to actually build links, it's a great way for you to passively earn them and grow your network.
Here's how it works in two stages.
I show you step by step
Step 1 Observe all the sites you are linking to. After all, they only link to pages when you respect their content.
Step 2, find their email addresses and send them a quick note to let them know you're linked to them. Now, while it does not usually lead to instant links, it can help you start a conversation and open up opportunities for effective people to recognize your work. For example, as you will see in our SEO tips, Josh writes that Buzz Stream Managing and Scale Reach is the best tool to place campaigns in the industry. In this case, he can contact the blog editor, marketing manager or social media manager and say: Hey , longtime buzstream user and super fan of your tool. Recommended as the best re-tutorial in our SEO tips article. We hope this will send some qualified customers your way. Cheers, Josh From my experience, sending conversation starters without asking is a great way to increase reply rates. Hey, if your content is unique and well written, you will often get compliments that open up natural possibilities for you to guestpost or work together on another level.
Add internal links
If you want to try this method, I recommend watching our video on using discussion and persuasion when building links. Next is to add internal links to your new pages. Internal linking is important. It improves scalability, increases your pages speed, improves topical v image and distributes page rank to other pages so you can get higher rank on Google. What I recommend
Usually send three Emails a day it WILL WORK FOR YOU
For everyone at any stage. The thing about this service is that they usually send three emails a day, most of which are and 90% of the questions are not relevant to you. So loading with Gmail Filters is a quick hack to make sure you don't miss out on the opportunities. Once you've created the Harrow number, go to your inbox and click on Carrot to drop Gmail's search options. Next, set the field to haro@helpareporter.com. Then, you want to set the content to HAROwithin square brackets, because all their emails are in the subject line. Finally, set the Tony keyword to the word field you want to notice. You can use a search operator that has multiple keywords or styles. Click Search to see the results that your search filters contain and check some emails to make sure you get the relevant results. If all goes
well, click on the Care tag and then click Create Filter. You will then have the opportunity to apply labels or mark it as important or send it to another team member for maintenance. The next tip is to conduct an annual content audit. Content audit to see if all the content on your site should be evaluated, updated, deleted, consolidated or redirected. Getting remarkable results is commonplace. For example, we audited the content on Ahrefs blog and saw a seven and a half percent increase in traffic after deleting 31.7% of our pages.
Media increased traffic AND people enjoy the content
Siege Media increased traffic by 50% to one of their clients after cutting 15% of content from the site. I personally saw an 80% increase in traffic after deleting 74% of my pages. At the moment, it may take a few hours to perform content audits, but in reality we have created for you a spreadsheet that automatically provides the best part of the process so you can locate work items in 10 minutes. So instead of re-explaining everything, I’ll link to our content audit video to get you started. Last but not least, as you read this article, headline: Rebuild your best presentation blog posts into videos and your best videos into blog posts. Now, there are two great reasons to recreate your content. First, people enjoy content formats other than personal preference. Some people I meet at meetings tell me they always read the blog, but have never seen a single video of me. This happens to people who have seen my videos but have not read a single post. People go to the channels they want and share an active blog and YouTube channel so that we can reach more people who want to learn. On top of that, we can consistently reach a ton of new people each month through two channels, which allows us to passively create new leads and customers for our devices. Second, you may have multiple places in Google search. As videos are shown more and more on Google's SERPs, we often try and get as much real estate as possible. For example, if you search for "SEO Tutorial" you will see my videos and our blog post.
Search for "How to do keyword research"
image results, our three videos and our blog post. Now, the actual work of rebuilding the content takes some time, but strategically identifying issues that need to be rebuilt can be done quickly. To add to this perspective, when I started creating videos for Ahref, I reproduced eight of our first 12 videos from our blog, with the exception of a few initial videos related to the product.
keyword Explorer
Now I have three ways to decide which content to recreate. The first way is to recreate blog posts that have already received consistent traffic. Because you can almost guarantee that your videos will get views. For example, keyword-generated keyword research tools get good traffic to our post. We embedded our video there shortly after the introduction. Since we only have one page with video embedded, we can attribute thousands ofattractive views from this post alone. Another way to select reproducible content depends on the search requirements on Google and YouTube. For example, in Ahref's keyword Explorer you will find that the query "YouTube Sio" gets 12,000 searches per month on YouTube.
Top 10 ranking for our blog post
I reconstructed the video as a blog post because I search 17,000 times a month on Google. Today, we rank # 1 on YouTube for that keyword, rank in Video Carousel at Google and top 10 ranking for our blog post. The last resort is to use some common sense. A few months ago, I re-created our SEO checklist from our blog. Google needs a good search, but basically no searches on YouTube. But by analyzing other videos competing on that topic, I found that he could create tons of views through other traffic resources, favorite videos and browser features.
recreate meta robots
So a few months later, we collected 35,000 views for this video. We do not recreate meta robots like this. YouTube is an entertainment and educational marketing medium. No matter how hard I try to make it fun or functional, I don’t think I can do much. The final tip for re-creating content is to do a twist instead of directly copying the reconstructed version. What I usually do is look at the subtitles of the blog post, and then put my own spin and perspective on this topic. o what you read on our blog is not what you see in our videos, on the contrary. Now, I want to hear from you. The low-hanging SET you use to improve your SEO.
