The New SEO Toolbar by Ahrefs (and How to Use it)2021

And in this video, I’m going to show you how to use Ahrefs ’SEO toolbar to do effective content research, forward, and more. Stay tuned. Now, if you do not use our toolbar, the first thing you will need to do is install it. The toolbar is available as a Google Chromeextension and Firefox add-on. So you can install it in any browser you like. Now, there are two main areas where you can use the Ahrefs' Toolbar. First on the Google SERPs and on each second of the pages you browse. So let's go to Google and type in a search. Soon, you'll see a queue of metric keyword metrics for your search query in your selected country. And by default, you'll see US search metrics, 

but you can change this by clicking on the gear icon, then clicking on the SERP overlaytab and selecting the country in which you would like keyword data. So if I select Canada and click on the Options menu, you will see updated keyword metrics for the selected country. Now, our toolbar is obviously integrated with our SEO tools, so all relevant reports are just a click away. For example, if you want to find detailed search metrics for a keyword in question, you can click on the Ahrefs logo here, and it will open a query in Keywords Explorer where you can generate some keyword ideas using various reports. Now, by analyzing search traffic and keywords for the top 10 pages of Google, you should be able to quickly gain an understanding of the full potential of the topic. So in this case, you can see that our search, "skin bump" has an average monthly search volume of about 8,000 in the US, but you will see that the top-level pages get tens of thousands or even more than 100,000 visitors each month. In addition, they estimate tons of keywords. Now, on the right side of the toolbar, you can see the domain level metrics.

By scanning these results, you can quickly see which websites might be right for you without having to click on the page. Now, my recommendation is to look at the search traffic that the entire domain receives and the domain rating as well, which represents the strength of the backlink profile of a targeted website. And they will always go hand in hand and make hopes very soon. You can also customize the search metrics you see in the toolbar. Just click on the gear icon, in this case, if we want to see live traffic metrics and domain measurement, we can just tick the other options here. And you will see that it is easy to clean and easy to scan. Another place you will see the Ahrefs toolbar when you browse the pages.

If you look at the toolbar, you will see that the page gets more than 40,000 search visitors each month and includes about 32,000 keywords.
